My last HPE experience was getting bounced back and forth while trying to report a goofy input sanitization issue (when adding diagnostic 'ping' utility to thin client/kiosk OS; do not just prepend 'ping' and dump the result to root shell). Server/OS didn't care because they saw "client" in "thin client"; Client didn't care because they didn't know that they sold non-windows clients. We, um, did not proceed with post-eval purchase.
