Man I've been going through it. Most people who see me think I'm always fine because I'm typically smiling even when it's dark on the inside. But the last monrh has been challenging to say the least. The amount of support I've received has been incredible. Hug your friends. Check in on them. Even when you think they're fine. Tell the people you love that you love them with all your heart. Compliment a stranger - it could change their life. And thank God for every day you wake up 🙌🏼🌞
