"content": "Yesterday, riding through Overlook Park, a Cooper's #hawk burst out of a tree and flew across the trail in front of me ... followed by another ... and a third!\n\nThat evening, someone posted on the local birders list about a family of Cooper's in Jeffrey Park, very close to where I saw the trio. So this morning I biked down there with a camera. They were calling to each other constantly; it was fun listening to them. But they were either too far away, or in poor light for photos.\n\n#birds\nhttps://cdn.fosstodon.org/media_attachments/files/112/893/249/548/542/371/original/f40d1c9de13e6fea.jpg\nhttps://cdn.fosstodon.org/media_attachments/files/112/893/249/741/948/290/original/bb71012fe3fdcc18.jpg\n",
