"content": "A 3km run with two dogs, that equals 6km, right, right... right?\n\nStarted out brilliantly, nice trot, next to each other. Then we ended up in the middle of wild goats, of course on the steepest part of the trail. Dogs and goats in all directions and a big stone onto my foot, not bad just sore. Glad I had the Irish mutt as an anchor once or twice, as we scrambled out. The only way to escape was to take the aqua duct.
