I had to use our new direct primary care doctor Monday when I woke up with a bad sinus infection. Around 6am I messaged the doctor and in less than 10 minutes I had antibiotics waiting at the pharmacy and his well wishes on a speedy recovery. It was so easy and convenient compared to my previous insurance/doctor combo. Wasting half a day to get seen by my previous primary in the past was so normal I'd switched to telehealth through MDLive already.
