I ordered something from Bed, Bath, and Beyond a week ago.
My order has not shipped, but since then I've received a total of NINE emails from them, including one from their CEO talking about how he is taking a MORE ACTIVE ROLE and wants to make BB&B the most customer-centric home company possible, whatever that means.
How about this? Ship me my god damn order instead of sending me emails?
