I get the dev reason to not build an easy-to-use interface for mods but if one exists, players should be happy with any one.
Even worse, Steam Input - we are told that we should tie our very input handling to a storefront API. Imagine! (Luckily MS seem to have given up on making the Xbox controller the only gamepad on PC and now have their new API that supports XInput, DirectInput, & more).
