Czech Republic. Now married to a Czech and our daughter was born there. Also now an Irish citizen, due to Brexit.
Sadly, we had to return to the British Isles (not the UK) for family reasons, but we plan to return there when we can.
Central & Eastern Europe are a _lot_ less ageist. Imagine how it felt, after 3.5K rejections, to find myself juggling competing job offers over there.
I highly recommend the former Warsaw Pact bloc of EU states in general, and Czechia in particular.
