TIL from my girlfriend about the term "couch lock", and once she explained it to me, both she and I agreed that I should make the effort to serve only 1/2 tub of ice cream in each of our bowls, instead of simply bringing over the two tubs because we're too stoned right now and neither of us trusts ourselves to not be "couch locked" and wind up eating the whole tub of cream.
