I ended up paying a few 100 bucks out of pocket so they could have some fliers and posters. They did a debate, but it was hard for the students to not feel like they were being quashed by the people who had previously supported them.

Quietly I was disgusted with the people at the local party. I didn't really know if the Bernie stuff was "realistic" ... but, that's not the point. They could have just helped us. It's not like dude was going to win in NYC.
