one protocol i could imagine seeing is a bolt12 invoice_request "coupon" with a resignable amount. this would allow offline coupon creation. I wonder if something like this would be eventually possible Rusty Russell (npub179e…lz4s) ? i guess you would need the node's key to sign it?
