Just thinking about the possibility that 11 jurors say the state didn’t prove Clancy’s criminal intent is very amusing to me.
I’ve almost been impaneled and have witnessed that menagerie of mouth-breathers first hand. The People are not smart enough to handle these decisions.
And the prosecuting attorneys obviously suck too.
The whole thing is circus and a mother who murdered her children may skate.
Just rubber stamp it “justice is served” and move on.
