No, it [really isn't](https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/AGENTS.md).
[NixOS](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#automationai-policy) also seems to have gone for meaningless "responsibility" that isn't a ban.
They fail on an *ethical* level and on a copyright level as they are banking on "AI" being found non-infringing (a plain lie based on how they work) *everywhere*.
(I also rather dislike the syntax and the admission of non-source blobs & vendoring in the definitions/repositories, which Guix did not allow.)
