whilst I don't like AI, it seems this is as much about the poor, overworked, exploited people at the bottom of the chain utilising the increased information they had with the new system to increase their earnings for the same amount of effort, which, in most other cases, businesses would praise as 'efficiency' and 'employee initiative '.
