Yeah, maybe they are true believers. But I think if they actually tried to implement anything, they'd see that this software is unreliable. Their 'agents' are little better than wind-up toys.
Don't get me wrong. It's impressive software and I think there are many uses, but from what I've seen, it needs to be contained to be useful. Not because it would take over otherwise, but because it would drive off a cliff if you let it have the metaphorical wheel.
