While I was hating on everything at work, everyone else was actually impressed at a 75% success rate for a process. Apparently they expected only slightly better than 50%. And when I told them I could actually get to 85% with some improvements they said to not tell the vendor that. I guess we are trying to renegotiate the contract.
So good job me I guess? I still didn't get the month I wanted to improve it.
