I think I understand what you're saying, but it would require a LOT of obfuscation for "they" to achieve that, not to mention open them up to a metric fuckton of challenges if it were to be revealed. the jury pool is at least supposed to start as a representative cross section of the community. and for loony massachusetts, it probably did.
