I don't like making predictions and I don't claim to have special insight, but one true thing I can tell you for certain is that Eric Adams is as likely to be mayor of NYC next year as Curtis Sliwa is. Now would be a really good time for Dem centrists to figure out how to tolerate the people with the ideas and communication skills to win elections with sincerity and progressive policy and not just lefty-looking stunts followed by cowardice.
