"content": "The VW-Porsche 914 featured yesterday was sold until the mid-seventies, to be replaced by this, the Porsche 924, seen here in chunkier prototype form at Techno Classica Essen in 2016. The gap between the end of the 914 and the launch of the 924 was filled for a single model year in 1975/6 by a revived 912, the 912E, which was basically a 911 with a four-cylinder VW boxer engine. Tomorrow - the production version of the Porsche 924.\n\n#davidsdailycar #Porsche #WeirdCarMastodon\n\nhttps://files.mastodon.online/media_attachments/files/117/064/733/786/176/726/original/a63051d30c8a1443.jpeg",
