I really don't know what you're referring to.

The idea is that there are more and **better** countries.

Because more countries mean more alternatives, more alternatives mean better choices.

For example, Brasil would probably break into 30 countries. And that would inevitable lead to more freedom. Because just in the south you have 3 states that want very low taxes, Bitcoin-friendly, etc, but they can't enact any rules because of centralization.

More countries is the only way for a better world...
