Larry Montes, who carried out an attack at a New York City synagogue, "posted a photo of the map of Israel with text overlaid that says, “Keep Israel in your heart [in 2024]."
His Facebook page had been filled with posts about Israel and Judaism in the months leading up to the attack.
According to his aunt, he had even expressed a desire to convert to the Jewish faith.
