i don't actively think about this much so i don't know what others view on this is. i do believe that with a better society even younger youths can be responsible about their choices, because they aren't as stupid as society makes them out to be ^^ i don't know how young though or how to properly educate them. i try to do my best just by preaching the core concepts to make people think about it, because i'm not much good at thinking myself =w=
