Rising borrowing costs pricking the AI bubble is another reason the Fed cannot raise rates any further. Higher rates not only accelerate the bankruptcy of the government, they also bring down the dominant trade propping up the entire stock market.
Mind you, the bubble will burst on its own. I just do not think Warsh (and his political friends) want it on their watch!
