Duck isn't a commonly sold meat in Andalucia. I did find duck breast, but it was from France.
But yesterday, I discovered this local company that cold ships meats, in our province, and they had whole ducks, and parts, as well as all sorts of other meats, all free range, all antibiotic free, all organic. They source from small, local producers. I'm over the moon.
I ordered yesterday afternoon, and my order arrived at noon, in a refrigerated truck, in amazing condition.
