I often made mistakes with being too zoomed in to specific parts I'm working on and not taking into account how it works in the piece as a whole.
This goes hand in hand with form, but line weight was something I very much started keying in on. Even in my older art, I sorta old stuck to the rule "outer lines are thicker" but I studied a lot of western comic book lineart.
