Most humiliating interview experience of my life was when they gave me a timeslot to show up and it was just an automated service. I had to cam up and record myself answering a bunch of pre-arranged questions on a webpage. If they're communicating that the interview is a waste of their time, don't waste yours. Never put up with a company that won't reciprocate your effort.
