#Luna #Moth also called the American moon moth, is a Nearctic moth in the family Saturniidae, subfamily Saturniinae, a group commonly named the giant #silk moths. The moth has lime-green wings and a white body. The luna moth has a very short #lifespan of about one week in its adult stage. So this one is deceased but so beautiful. I found it on a rough path in a large and very quiet arboretum. This one looks like glass.
