Friends, I've spent the last two days in a (terrible) 'AI in education' kinda online conference with some lovely colleagues but wow it's been discouraging.
But I came home tonight to a message from a colleague at UManitoba who helped produce a large reference work on the Algonquian language family. I had contacted him b/c a grad student here is doing reconstruction on an E. Algonquian language...
