we love fish heads here. Mostly grilled but on occasion (like now as I had wanted) I'll make it with moong daal Bengali style (I grill/cook first so less frying as it's usually done). I've never had soup but I know there are Vietnamese preps. How do you make your soup? Tasty I'm sure. I was so tempted to make stock with the rest of the carcassses, spine and tails and still a fair bit of flesh. But too many other things and didn't :(
