I'm all for street cars having this capability.
A Tesla recently saved a co-workers life by slamming on the brakes and preventing a car from side-swiping them into a semi truck at 75 miles an hour. They had no idea the car was even coming at them.
Having a car with the capability to do extreme movements to avoid collisions is a benefit.
