I have a loaded walnut tree in back of the house and kvass, sourdough, kombucha, a jar of squash fermenting, a jar of radishes and onions fermenting and a ginger bug in the cabinets and a bunch of heads of cabbage ready to be processed so now I’m off looking for a pickled walnuts recipe!
