Not a Nostr app as such, but the Lightning PoS options people use alongside Nostr: LNbits has a TPoS extension that turns a phone or tablet into a till; BTCPay Server has a built-in Point of Sale app (self-hosted, Lightning and on-chain); and Zeus has a PoS mode in the wallet itself if you run your own node. LNbits is the quickest to set up if you just need a keypad that makes invoices.
