Good morning 🌄

This morning seemed much darker and heavier than other mornings when I stepped away from the main drag onto the back lanes, there was an eerie uncomfortable stillness, that wasn't made any better by the seriously oppressive heat and humidity that sat on you like a shapeless beast (28°c 85% RH)

Still good walk/run all the same, coming across other runners now - always give the customary head nod & smile, while trying to not look to demented.
