#WordWeavers Aug 17: Which scene made you laugh while writing it?
One of my characters manifests a cutlass (it's a sci-fi thing), so someone calls him a pirate, and he deadpans "Yar." I laughed, but it's also a sign that this character knows he's expected to be "the funny one," but he's trying to take control of it.
