That board almost looks hackable to me (remember my skill is low)...I wonder if the white 3 cables are heading towards the display, i2c maybe?

At least I definitely can disconnect the motor without much hassle, that's a start, well, NOT for the motor it's not.

I am guessing the smaller relay is the one for the leds?... (EDIT: no, it's not, the leds go through a transistor on top, yellow connector, saying "LIGHTS" just like the fans.)
