I find it surprising that nobody seems to be comparing OpenAI's progress on the Erdős distance problem with Aubrey de Grey's 2018 progress on the Hadwiger-Nelson problem. Both are about plane unit distance graphs, and I think they are very comparable in many respects. 🧵⤵️ •1/16
