Well I am not sure what I have written is actually my point of view, so much as it reflects how I see the current constitutional settlement in law.
Personally I want full electoral reform (full PR, including Party list, and voting from 16), a constitutional convention, constitutional reform including codified Constitution and an elected head of state, reform of the Commons with a circular debating Chamber, reform and replacement of the Lords with a circular Chamber and both directly elected members and members appointed by sortition. Just as a start.
And I do specify circular Chambers and not hemicycles.
