We know that Harp was someone with no political background who grew up in Southern California and got an MBA. She had an astonishingly quick Republican star turn after a 2019 LinkedIn post went viral. Within 2 days of the post, Fox News had put her on its air to speak about her claims that Donald Trump had "saved" her life.
We don't have independent verification about Harp's claims to have had bone cancer, or what specific treatments she had. More if you like it: https://www.snopes.com/news/2026/08/20/natalie-harp-bone-cancer/
