I want to create a question-and-answer website with a focus on simplicity, curated by a community.
What the are the pros/cons of a Stack Overflow upvote system vs a collaborative Wikipedia system? Either way, I want to hide number of votes, credits, and other details designed to drive engagement over quality. (i.e. You'll never know how many followers you have.)
