What's mentioned but they're trying to gloss over is he was mentioned as being on HRT, and they're tripping over themselves to either avoid mentioning gender all together or just straight up referring to him as "he". Even the DNC's jam boy is refusing to drop any pronouns in his statement.
He also edgelorded hard in his manifesto about being a hate-filled sociopath, so this is obviously KVLT/764 shenanigans, but again, never let a crisis go to waste. Better to spin it for the upcoming election.
