Exactly. I started doing this over 20 years ago as an Americoirps volunteer at a local tech center (vocational school for 11th/12th graders). We found that people couldn't take basic computer classes like "How to use MS Word" because they couldn't use a mouse. I started "drop-in time" there so that people could build skills so they could take classes. Over time I saw the shift from desktop to mobile, fewer people had computers, it's been a journey. Please steal it!
