I told him no, we don't write web things in C. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE DON'T WRITE WEB THINGS IN C!
Try Go! Go is written by old farts who value old fart things like simplicity! Stability! Old farts who hate C++ and think OOP was largely a mistake!
One week later: He is writing it in Go.
