I mean at this point it just looks like insanity.
My main problem with these guys is, they want the only people to ever get high powered, high paying jobs to be straight, white, males. But once everyone other than SWMs are eliminated from the competition they are going to realize they can't compete with a significantly smaller pool of candidates because it isn't actually everyone else's fault they suck.
They will still fail even if they are placed in a management position bc they can't actually fucking produce.
