There's a local society that maintains the condo nests around here. They have to be taken down in fall till a particular date in the spring to prevent them from being invaded by other species. I'd love to host a colony but hoisting and de-hoisting the units on the poles is a bit to much physically for me. Do you know if they have designs they use to make them? Or did you have a design?
