for what it's worth, that looks like a standard design and there are replacement parts available. This looks like it's probably a direct replacement but I can't see enough of the gravestone to be sure: https://ebay.us/m/2fm930
And it's 3D printed out of plastic so it probably won't be targeted by metal thieves.
