I think at the end they need something new to adopt. They won't make a transition from X or Instagram to Nostr. They will add a new app to their portfolio.

X: News & Politics & debates
Instagram: Vibes
Tiktok: viral videos (I assume)
Whatsapp: family and friends
Telegram: Drug dealers, and public groups
and so on.

BitChat was a right direction, it's a bluetooth proximity connection tool. Not a clone of something already there. People would install it.

But we need another version of that, which people could socialize normally, not to use in a protest with temporary keys. I think we should leverage it more, it can be a gateway to other nostr clients.
