also, neither AI nor RTO are “responsible” for job loss. That responsibility is on the company leadership and HR choosing it. Their hands aren’t tied. The companies aren’t in danger of losing money or going bankrupt. It’s just people chasing profit and unsustainable growth making decisions. Just like supply costs aren’t dictated by the market they are dictated by people at desks making cost determinations.
