I'm a happy user of syncthing which has this untrusted mode

You create a shared folder on your server, everyone else adds your server and the folder from your device as untrusted. They have the data in clear, you don't. Syncthing exists for all desktop and mobile devices.
Encryption hasn't been audited, but I've always been skeptical of the "I can't decrypt therefore am innocent": the State doesn't care about you, only about itself, it will take you down if it wants to, no reasons needed
