Cool stuff! 🙂 I made something similar once, where I decided to build a version of tic tac toe as a tiny web game and encoded the full thing as a QR code holding a data URI: https://fietkau.plus/#game_in_qr
Sadly it didn't run via any QR code scanner I tried. But it is small enough to fit!
