When we talk about ethics in product-development (which we don't do nearly enough), a recurring theme is to preemptively account for possible harms, especially in groups that are underrepresented by our teams.
How do you build resilient teams that hold enough societal context to build good products if aspects of society are never represented by your teams, or really, any other team you've ever worked with?
If you're building for marginalized communities who are not represented by your teams, how are you actively getting feedback as a part of the discovery before you build your solutions?
